From the northeast
Take I-90 to Route 2 to the East 9th Street exit. Turn left (south, away from Lake Erie) on East 9th Street, go one block to Lakeside Avenue. Turn right on Lakeside to Ontario Road (Cuyahoga County Court House). Turn
left onto Ontario Road. Take Ontario Road past Public Square and Dillards to Huron Road (Gund Arena is on
the southeast corner). Turn right onto Huron Road, the Tower City parking facility will be on your immediate left.

From the southeast
Take I-480 west to I-77 north. Take I-77 north to the Tower City exit (163C). Take Ontario Road north to Huron Road. Turn left onto Huron Road. Tower City parking facility will be on your immediate left.

From the west
Take I-90 east to the Ontario Road exit. Take Ontario Road north to Huron Road. Turn left onto Huron Road. Tower City parking facility will be on your immediate left.

From the south
Take I-77 north to Tower City exit (163C). Take Ontario Road north to Huron Road. Turn left onto Huron Road. Tower City parking facility will be on your immediate left.

Directions into the Pat Henry Focus Group Facility
Proceed from the Tower City parking facility to The Avenue (shopping mall). Once on The Avenue, proceed past the Skylight fountains and the Grand Staircase to the escalators. Take the escalators two (2) flights to the third floor of The Avenue. On the third floor, follow the signs to the Skylight Office Tower. The focus group facility is located on the first floor of the Skylight Office Tower in Suite 100. Focus group participants should proceed to the office on the right hand side. Clients should proceed to the office on the left hand side.

Directions to the Main Office / Phone Facility

From I-90 going west - Euclid Avenue Exit (Exit 186)
Get off at the Euclid Avenue exit (just past the Bishop Avenue exit). Follow the exit ramp as it curves around to the right and turn right (west) onto Euclid Avenue. Continue straight on Euclid for about two miles. A little before Heritage Drive, you will pass the Rockwell Automation complex on your right (north). There is a sign for Manor Party Center at the intersection of Euclid and Heritage.

From Euclid Avenue
Turn north off of Euclid Avenue onto Heritage Drive. (There is a sign for Heritage Business Park on the northwest corner of the intersection. The Pat Henry Group is listed in the lower right corner of the sign.) Where the road begins to curve sharply right (east), you will see another sign for Heritage Business Park in front of you on the left. Turn left into the driveway to the left (follow the trucks sign) until the road ends at railroad tracks. Turn left (west) and follow the driveway that parallels the railroad tracks. (There will be a fenced-in truck parking lot to your left.)

At the end of this drive is the Pat Henry Group. Please enter the warehouse and at the back of the warehouse on the right is the entrance to the reception area.

From I-90 going east - Babbitt Road Exit (Exit 184A)
Get off of I-90 at the Babbitt Road exit (just past the East 222 exit) and continue east on the road going parallel to I-90 to the first stoplight. Turn right (south) at this light onto Babbitt Road. Turn right onto Rockwell Rd. Continue on Rockwell until you come to Manor Party Center (on your right) where the road begins to curve sharply to the left. Turn right (north) onto the driveway marked Heritage Business Park. (There is a sign for the Heritage complex on the left side of this driveway. The Pat Henry Group is listed in the lower right corner of the sign.) Follow the 'Trucks' sign to the right all the way to the railroad tracks. Turn left (west) and follow the driveway that parallels the railroad tracks. (There will be a fenced-in truck parking lot to your left.)

At the end of this drive is the Pat Henry Group. Please enter the warehouse and at the back of the warehouse on the right is the entrance to the reception area.
