PHG in-depth interviews (IDIs) can be completed either in-person or over the telephone by a professional moderator. An IDI may be lengthy – up to 1 hour -- and is ideal for discussing information of a sensitive nature.

PHG IDIs let you reach high-caliber respondents that are otherwise difficult to reach. People such as doctors and CEOs are perfect IDI candidates. PHG IDIs afford clients exceptional insight from an elite population of respondents that may be geographically spread out.
